The Application Enquiry function is accessible from the ?Applications? menu group and is used to allow a user to enquire upon the status of an application that they have previously submitted (lodged) for processing.

Currently only applications that were initially submitted via the web will be listed here.

To run the enquiry some basic search criteria must be nominated, followed by selecting the <Search> button to process the enquiry.

Search Criteria

The available search options are as follows;

All Applications : This will return all Applications for this user that are still on council records.
Application Id : The interim Id generated when the application was submitted from the web (eg 266).
Number : The formatted application number assigned by council ? once the application has been received (eg DA/435/2000)
Lodgement Date : From / To date range based on the date the application was lodged with council (usually the same date it was submitted from the web).

Results

Once the enquiry has been run, this page lists the results and details the following information for each application returned;

Application Id : The interim Id generated when the request was submitted.
Number : The formatted application number assigned by council.
Description : A description of the application (taken from the entry form).
Location : Details of the Property/s involved.
Status : The current status of the application ? based on where council are currently at processing it.
Lodgement Date : The date the application was lodged (usually the same date it was submitted).
