As Payment/s are keyed they are stored within the ?session? of the user?s web browser and this page provides various functions that a user may require to manage these payments;

Payment Summary : All payments entered so far are listed, including their Identifier (eg ticket number or debtor number etc), Details (eg vehicle registration number or invoice number etc), Type of payment and Amount.
Edit Payment : Selecting the ?Payment ID? link allows the details for that payment to be changed.
Remove Payment/s : One or more payments can be removed from the browser session by selecting the check box ? followed by selecting the <Remove Payments> button.
More Payments : Selecting the <More Payments> button allows for additional payments to be added.
Delete All Payments : All payments can be quickly removed from the browser session by selecting the <Delete All Payments> button.
Submit Payments : Selecting the <Submit Payments> button allows the payments to be ?submitted? for processing (refer below).

Submit Payments

Once the <Submit Payments> button has been selected, a dialog warning box will display ? asking for confirmation to submit the payments for processing and includes the total payment amount.

Selecting <Cancel> will cancel the submission processing and selecting <OK> will cause it to continue onto the Credit Card Payment page.

It should be noted that when the <Submit Payments> button is selected ? it will include all payments listed ? in the submission. It is not possible for example to use the checkbox to select one or more individual payments for submission - as the checkbox is only used in conjunction with the <Remove Payments> button. If this is attempted then the following dialog will display.

Credit Card Payment

The final step once the Payments have been submitted ? is to provide credit card details to fulfill the required payment.

Once the credit card details are provided and the <Pay> button is selected ? the payment will be attempted to be processed. If the credit card payment fails then the Payments will not be processed, and can be ?re-called? by reselecting the Payments | New Payment option.
