Development Contributions Plan Exhibition

Amendment C194moon proposes to implement the Moonee Valley Development Contributions Plan (2018) into the Moonee Valley Planning Scheme. All development that increases the number of dwellings and/or increase the leasable commercial, retail or industrial floor area will be required to pay a levy.

Exhibition commences on 1 August until 30 August 2019.
